A factory went quiet.
Then someone waited.
"For decades, this building had a sound. Steel. Work. A city being built, one shift at a time. Then it went quiet."
Five years ago, a Tulsa family foundation saw something worth saving. They didn't just buy a building, they became its stewards, holding out for the right vision instead of the first one.
Madison Entertainment Holdings brought that vision: not one destination, but five, under a single historic roof. What began as a lease became something closer to a partnership, a shared belief that the best way to honor this building's past is to give it a future.

The Great Hall
A concert hall that changes shape to fit the show. Using the factory's original crane to fly the lights and sound, The Great Hall scales from an intimate 1,500 to a roaring 3,200. The room grows with the crowd, nothing else in the region does this.
