The Story

A factory went quiet.
Then someone waited.

Five experiences, one landmark, rising from the restored Madison Manufacturing Plant.

"For decades, this building had a sound. Steel. Work. A city being built, one shift at a time. Then it went quiet."

Five years ago, a Tulsa family foundation saw something worth saving. They didn't just buy a building, they became its stewards, holding out for the right vision instead of the first one.

Madison Entertainment Holdings brought that vision: not one destination, but five, under a single historic roof. What began as a lease became something closer to a partnership, a shared belief that the best way to honor this building's past is to give it a future.

Madison Entertainment Holdings × The Family Foundation

  1. Then
    The plant fell silent
A 1930s manufacturing landmark at 65 North Madison, its brick, steel, and crane left to wait.
  2. Five years ago
    A patient steward
The Family Foundation acquired and protected the property, and declined every plan that wasn't the right one.
  3. The vision
    Five under one roof
Madison Entertainment Holdings proposed an entertainment district Tulsa had never seen.
  4. Now → 2028
    A landmark, reborn
An 18–21 month build returns a dormant landmark to active life, for the Foundation, the developer, and the city alike.
